Gold for Russia in four-man bobsleigh, Team GB fifth

Russia win the four-man bobsleigh to clinch their 13th gold medal of the 2014 Winter Olympics, with Team GB finishing in fifth place.

The Russian Federation have won their 13th gold medal of the Sochi Games with success in the four-man bobsleigh event.

The team, led by pilot Alexander Zubkov, finished the course in a combined time of 3:40.60, 0.09 seconds ahead of second-placed Latvia who took silver.

The United States, piloted by Steven Holcomb, who is the defending gold medallist, picked up the bronze medal.

Great Britain finished the event in fifth place, 0.11 seconds off a top-three finish.
