According to ProWrestling.net, Batista, who will challenge for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in less than two weeks' time, was thrown into a bout with the 'Celtic Warrior' by potential Wrestlemania opponent Triple H, but 'The Animal' deliberately got himself disqualified by attacking Sheamus with a chair.
Elsewhere, Bray Wyatt recorded a pinfall victory over Big Show, while Shield members Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins successively came through matches against the respective teams of Jinder Mahal and Drew McIntyre and Rybaxel.
Mark Henry picked up a success over The Miz, Sin Cara eased past Damien Sandow, while Fandango got the better of Goldust.
Jack Swagger picked up a win over Jimmy Uso, while The Bella Twins posted a surprise triumph over AJ Lee and Tamina Snuka.
