Detroit Lions head coach Jim Schwartz has criticised the officials for their decisions during his side's win over the Chicago Bears after receiver Kris Durham took a late hit in the game.
Durham was hit by Bears linebacker Jon Bostic in the back as he gathered an onside kick late in the game, and Schwartz believes that the referee's no call was extremely "hypocritical".
"He took a big shot," Schwartz told reporters "I still can't believe that.
"We talk a lot about player safety and things like that, and he's laying prone on the ground, he's giving himself up, and he takes a helmet right to the back and we don't get any call there.
"It's a little hypocritical to talk about player safety when we allow that to go, allow that to not get called. But Kris toughed it out."
The Lions are 3-1 following their win over the Bears.
