Half-Time Report: Houston Texans shutting out Baltimore Ravens

The Houston Texans shut out the Baltimore Ravens as they open up a 16-0 lead in the first half at the Reliant Stadium.

The Baltimore Ravens have been shut out in the first half of their NFL game against the Houston Texans, heading into half time 16-0 down at the Reliant Stadium this evening.

With Ryan Fitzpatrick and Tom Savage both picking up injuries last week, Case Keenum re-signed for the Texans during the week and found Andre Johnson early on, but they had to settle for a Randy Bullock field goal to open the scoring.

The Ravens' offense could not respond, but Darian Stewart intercepted Keenum of the next Houston drive to give Baltimore another shot. However, Steve Smith could not hold on to a pass from Joe Flacco.

Keenum and Johnson linked up again later in the half, but for the second time the drive stalled and Bullock had to come on for the field goal.

After the kicker extended their lead to 9-0, Flacco threw a pair of interceptions to limit the Ravens' chances of getting on the board.

Houston finally found the endzone after Foster threw the ball to CJ Fiedorowicz, making him the first running back to complete a touchdown pass this season.
