New England Patriots cornerback Darrelle Revis has insisted that he has nothing to prove to anyone in the NFL.
The 28-year-old joined the Patriots following his release by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the off-season, and is now over a year removed from a torn ACL which hampered his 2013 season with the Buccaneers.
"No, I don't feel like I have to prove nothing to anybody. The only thing I have to prove is to my teammates, that I'm there for them and I'm there to win games and help us win," Revis told the Boston Globe.
Revis recorded 50 tackles, one sack and two interceptions for the Buccaneers in 2013.
