Two touchdown passes from Derek Carr have helped the Oakland Raiders into a 17-3 half-time lead against the Cleveland Browns.
The Browns, who had Josh McCown back from injury in place of Johnny Manziel, fell behind to a Sebastian Janikowski field goal.
Carr then led an 80-yard, 11-play drive for the Raiders, which he rounded off with a three-yard pass to Andre Holmes.
Cleveland managed to reduce the deficit after Travis Coons slotted a 24-yard field goal between the posts.
However, Carr threw another TD pass to Seth Roberts for 13 yards as the Raiders built a comfortable advantage at the interval.
