Philadelphia Eagles head coach Chip Kelly has admitted that he was "embarrassed" by his side's display in their defeat to the Dallas Cowboys at Lincoln Financial Field.
The Eagles' offense struggled throughout the contest as quarterback Sam Bradford threw an interception in the endzone, and running back DeMarco Murray mustered just two yards on 13 attempts in the ground game.
The NFC East side were booed off the pitch by their own supporters, increasing the pressure on Kelly after he made several changes at the club in the off-season.
He told reporters: "I was embarrassed that's not the way we're supposed to play football and that's not what we're all about, but we didn't play well yesterday.
"I was embarrassed on how we played yesterday."
The Eagles dropped to 0-2 in their season following their defeat.
