The St Louis Rams have confirmed that they have signed quarterback Nick Foles to a two-year contract extension.
The NFC West side secured a trade deal for the 26-year-old as they swapped quarterbacks with the Philadelphia Eagles when Sam Bradford moved in the opposite direction.
Jeff Fisher's men have moved to wrap up the future of Foles by signing him to a deal until the end of the 2017 season worth $24.5m (£15.8m), with $14m (£9m) guaranteed.
Foles has thrown for 6,753 yards and 46 touchdowns to 17 interceptions in his three seasons in the NFL.
