Tampa Bay Buccaneers general manager Jason Licht has admitted that the club will consider a player's behaviour off the field before deciding on whether to select them in the 2015 Draft.
The Buccaneers hold the first overall pick and have been widely touted to take quarterback Jameis Winston, who has hit the headlines for his poor behaviour away from the pitch during his college career with the Florida State Seminoles.
Licht has insisted that the club have to take all measures necessary to ensure that they make the right decision.
"I'd be lying if I said I don't spend a lot of time thinking about the off-field stuff," Licht told TheMMQB.com. "This decision is going to affect so many people and their families. We've got to get it right."
The Buccaneers posted a 2-14 record in the 2014 season.
