Cleveland Browns defensive coordinator Ray Horton is poised to join the Tennessee Titans in the same role, according to a report.
The Browns are reshuffling their coaching staff after firing head coach Rob Chudzinski at the end of the season and are allowing their coordinators to sit for interviews for other jobs in the NFL.
Horton, who has spent just one season with the Browns, has accepted the position with the Titans to link up with his old boss at the Arizona Cardinals, Ken Whisenhunt, who was appointed last week, reports Cleveland.com.
The 53-year-old has been a coach in the NFL since 1994.
