Tennessee Titans head coach Ken Whisenhunt has warned Justin Hunter that he has to start living up to his potential or he could find himself out of the NFL.
The Titans selected the wide receiver in the first round of the 2013 Draft, but the 23-year-old has failed to live up to expectations in his first two seasons in the league.
The AFC South side signed Hakeem Nicks and drafted Dorial Green-Beckham to bolster their receiving corps and provide competition for Hunter and his fellow wideouts for the 2015 campaign.
"At some point, you either get it or you won't be in this league anymore," Whisenhunt told reporters. "That's the natural order of the NFL."
Hunter has recorded 46 receptions for 852 yards and seven touchdowns in his two years in the NFL.
