Indiana Pacers head coach Frank Vogel has suggested that Roy Hibbert is "worn down" after reducing his minutes on the court on Sunday night.
Following a surprising 107-88 home defeat to the Atlanta Hawks, Vogel explained his reason for leaving Hibbert on the bench for the whole of the second half at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse.
"I considered resting Roy before tonight's game because he looks worn down, he's a 7-2 player that's played every game this year, which is very rare," the Pacers coach told reporters. "He looks to me to be worn down.
"He's giving good effort, but he looks to me to be worn down."
Hibbert refused to comment on his coach's decision after the game.
