Valencia have reportedly reached an agreement with AC Milan over the transfer of defender Didac Vila this summer.
According to Spanish sports daily AS, the 23-year-old will join Los Che on a season-long loan deal that will cost the club €800,000, with Valencia retaining the option to make the move permanent next summer for €4.2 million.
Vila played for Espanyol on loan from Milan last season and helped the Barcelona-based club finish 14th in La Liga.
Milan signed the left-back from Espanyol in January 2011, but Vila failed to settle in Serie A, featuring just once for the Rossoneri.
