Arsene Wenger: 'Olivier Giroud good enough to score 25 Premier League goals'

Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud is good enough to score 25 Premier League goals this season, according to his manager Arsene Wenger.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has said that Gunners striker Olivier Giroud is good enough to score 25 Premier League goals this season.

The French forward was pivotal in Arsenal's comeback against Everton, with the frontman netting a last-minute header to earn his side a point in a 2-2 draw at Goodison Park.

"He scored 16 [in the Premier League last year] and he's very convincing," Wenger told reporters.

"You never have to set any limitations for any player. For me, he's improving every year and don't rule it out that he scores 25."

Wenger's men currently hold fourth spot in the Premier League table after two games played.
