Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain are both keeping a close eye on Arsenal teenager Gabriel Martinelli, according to a report.

Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain are both reportedly keeping a close eye on Gabriel Martinelli's development at Arsenal.

The 18-year-old joined the Gunners from Ituano last summer and has been in impressive form for his London club during the current season, scoring 10 times in 24 appearances in all competitions.

According to the Daily Star, both Madrid and PSG are monitoring the teenager's development ahead of potential offers during this summer's transfer window.

The report claims that Mikel Arteta's side 'secretly fear' that they could lose the Brazil Under-23 international if they are unable to secure Champions League football for the 2020-21 campaign.

Martinelli revealed earlier this month that Barcelona turned down the chance to sign him before he completed a move to the Emirates Stadium.

The South American has managed three goals in 14 Premier League appearances this term.
