Sandro Rosell refuses to rule out the possibility of Victor Valdes not leaving Barcelona in the summer of 2014.

Barcelona president Sandro Rosell has said that goalkeeper Victor Valdes could sign a new contract with the club.

The 31-year-old revealed earlier this month that he plans to leave Camp Nou in June 2014 when his current contract runs out.

"He said he wanted to quit Barca but do not rule anything out," Rosell told reporters. "I still hope he will change his mind."

Valdes has been with Barcelona his entire career, having rose through the club's youth ranks.
