Sports Mole rounds up all the action from League One this evening.

Bournemouth have moved to the top of League One with a 2-1 win over Crewe Alexandra this evening.

Brett Pitman put the visitors ahead after Mathias Pogba gave away a penalty for fouling Matt Ritchie, but Pogba equalised for the hosts before Pitman completed a brace to secure the win for Bournemouth.

Doncaster remain in the automatic promotion places after securing a point against MK Dons.

The goalless draw moves them above Tranmere Rovers, who had topped the table ahead of tonight's games.

Brentford remain in the playoff places after securing a 2-0 victory over Stevenage.

Tom Adeyemi put the home side ahead just before half time, after a close opening 45 minutes at Griffin Park, Marcello Trotta adding the second just before full time.

Sheffield United maintain their place in the playoff places with a 2-0 win over Bury.

Goals from Jonathan Forte and Jamie Murphy gave the Blades back-to-back league wins following a poor run of form.

At the other end of the table, neither Portsmouth nor Hartlepool Town could close the gap to the sides above them, as the bottom two sides played out a goalless draw.

Scunthorpe United have pulled away from the relegation zone with a convincing 3-1 win over Carlisle United, while the league's in-form side Yeovil Town beat Preston North End by the same score.

Results in full: Brentford 2-0 Stevenage, Bury 0-2 Sheffield United, Crewe 1-2 Bournemouth, Doncaster 0-0 MK Dons, Hartlepool 0-0 Portsmouth, Scunthorpe 3-1 Carlisle, Yeovil 3-1 Preston
