Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford allegedly rejects three offers from the Saudi Pro League worth in the region of £35m a year.

Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford has reportedly rejected three offers worth in the region of £35m a year to leave Old Trafford.

The 27-year-old's future is currently the subject of much speculation, as he has been left out of his current side's matchday squad for four of their last five matches, with head coach Ruben Amorim unhappy with the performance level of the attacker in training.

After a four-game absence, Rashford was recalled to the squad for Monday's Premier League clash against Newcastle United, but the Englishman was an unused substitute despite the fact that the Red Devils were in need of a goal.

Rashford, after being left out of the squad for the Manchester derby last month, said that he was looking for "a new challenge", with the Red Devils academy product hinting at a January move away from Old Trafford.

According to the Manchester Evening News, the forward has already been presented with three offers from the Saudi Pro League which would have seen him earn in the region of £35m a year, but he is not prepared to move to the division.

Rashford 'turns down three offers from Saudi Arabia'

The report claims that Rashford has also ruled out a switch to Turkey, as he wants to move to a league which would give him a chance of earning a recall to the England squad ahead of the 2026 World Cup.

Man United are believed to be willing to sell Rashford this month if the right opportunity arrives, while a loan exit could be agreed, but the Red Devils would require a loan fee and a significant contribution to his salary.

Rashford is on £325,000 a week at Old Trafford, placing Man United in a very difficult position, as there are very few clubs in European football that would be able to come close to that salary.

Paris Saint-Germain are one of those, and the French outfit are said to be long-term admirers of the forward, but suggestions that he could move to Paris before the end of the January transfer window have quietened.

What will be the outcome? Could Rashford stay?

According to the Daily Mail, Rashford is not pushing for an exit despite his complicated situation, with the forward prepared to 'give his all' if he earns a recall under Amorim.

The forward was initially dropped from the squad due to some poor performances in training, while Amorim also criticised his general behaviour around Carrington when explaining his reasons for his omission against Man City.

The situation has not changed, with Amorim holding firm, and if Rashford is again left out of the squad against Liverpool on Sunday, then it is very difficult to imagine a way back for him at Old Trafford.

Man United are believed to value the attacker between £40m and £50m, though, and it is tough to imagine an offer in that region arriving this month, with Arsenal allegedly only prepared to pay £25m.

As a result, Rashford could at least finish the season at Man United, and he is their joint-highest goalscorer this term despite recently being left out, finding the back of the net on seven occasions in 24 appearances.
