Inter Milan defender Achraf Hakimi reportedly favours a summer switch to Paris Saint-Germain over a move to Chelsea.
The former Real Madrid man played a key role in the Nerazzurri's Scudetto-winning campaign last term, but Inter's financial problems could see them cash in during the summer window.
Chelsea and PSG have been the two sides most strongly linked with a swoop for Hakimi, and the Blues are believed to be readying a bid of £43m plus Emerson Palmieri in the hope of convincing Inter to sell.
However, French journalist Romain Collet-Gaudin claims that Hakimi would prefer to link up with Mauricio Pochettino at PSG, and it is now up to Les Parisiens to agree a fee.
Despite their financial troubles, Inter are thought to have rejected an opening offer of £56.1m from PSG for the Morocco international, and a fee closer to £66m would be needed to tempt them into a sale.
Hakimi registered seven goals and 10 assists en route to the Serie A title last term, and he scored his country's winner in a 1-0 friendly victory over Burkina Faso on Saturday.
