Brazilian defender Lucio joins Juventus on a free transfer after leaving Inter Milan.

Former Inter Milan defender Lucio has signed a two-year deal with Juventus.

The 34-year-old Brazilian recently left the Nerazzuri by mutual consent after three years at the San Siro.

"I am happy with this new experience, it is a new chapter of my life," he told the club's official website. "Juventus have always been a strong side and I hope to help the team.

"I'm ready to do my best for the team and want to use my strength and experience to always give Juve the chance to be in first place."

The World Cup winner has also had spells with Bayer Leverkusen and Bayern Munich during his 15-year playing career.
