Vincent Kompany has admitted that the majority of Manchester City players are "immune" to the drama surrounding Carlos Tevez.
It is understood that the Argentina international will be charged for failing to warm up as opposed to refusing to play in the Champions League match against Bayern Munich last month.
The 27-year-old attended a disciplinary hearing today and City are expected to make an announcement regarding the frontman next week.
When asked on Football Focus if the Tevez saga is affecting the players, Kompany said: "You get used to it. I feel most of us are immune. A lot of things have happened at this club.
"No team in the world has had so many special events in the past three and a half years.
"Everything that happens outside is a big theatre but ultimately for us the most important thing is to stay focused on what we do on the pitch."
City's next Premier League match is against their arch rivals Manchester United on Sunday.
