Phil Jones is 'confident' that Manchester United will clinch the Premier League title, despite dropping two points at the top of the table.

Manchester United defender Phil Jones has insisted that he and his teammates remain 'confident' that they will snatch the Premier League trophy this season as long as they stick to their gameplan.

The Red Devils reduced their seven-point lead over Manchester City in the league table to five following a 1-1 draw with Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.

"Confidence is high but we know we still have to produce and do our job every time we step out on the pitch," BBC Sport quotes Jones as saying. "As long as we're focused on what we've got to do and on our gameplan hopefully we'll be okay."

The squad are currently at a training camp in Qatar preparing for Saturday's FA Cup fourth-round clash against Fulham.
