Barcelona will allow Philippe Coutinho to leave on loan this summer if they receive a £9m fee, according to a report.

Barcelona have reportedly signalled that they would be prepared to allow Philippe Coutinho to leave on another loan deal this summer, providing that they receive a loan fee of €10m (£9m).

The Brazil international is currently on loan at Bayern Munich, but it is understood that the German champions will not be taking up the chance to sign him on a permanent deal.

As a result, the playmaker is expected to return to Camp Nou ahead of the 2020-21 campaign.

A number of Premier League clubs, including Manchester United, Newcastle United, Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea, have been credited with an interest in the South American.

According to Mundo Deportivo, Barca would be looking for a loan fee of €10m (£9m) in order to allow the 27-year-old to leave on another short-term deal.

The report, though, claims that Quique Setien's side would be keen to include an obligatory purchase clause next summer, thought to be in the region of €70m (£63m).

Coutinho has been in relatively strong form for Bayern during the 2019-20 season, contributing nine goals and eight assists in 32 appearances in all competitions, but he is currently on the sidelines through injury.
