Manchester United are reportedly among the clubs keeping tabs on young Norwegian midfielder Johan Hove.
The 19-year-old currently plays for Stromsgodset and has been tipped as the next bright talent to emerge from Norway, following in the footsteps of Martin Odegaard, Erling Braut Haaland and Sander Berge.
90min.com reports that a host of Premier League and Championship clubs have been tracking the progress of Hove this season with a view to a possible future move.
Manchester United are one of those understood to have sent scouts to watch him, but they face competition from Everton, Southampton, Crystal Palace, Newcastle United, Fulham and West Bromwich Albion.
Hove broke into the Stromsgodset first team towards the end of last season and has gone on to make 30 senior appearances for the club, while also breaking into the Norway Under-21 setup.
The midfielder's contract with his current club expires in January 2022.
