Half-Time Report: Zlatan Ibrahimovic stunner gives Paris Saint-Germain lead

Zlatan Ibrahimovic scores to give Paris Saint-Germain a 1-0 lead in their Coupe de la Ligue semi-final against Nantes at the Stade de la Beaujoire.

A goal from Zlatan Ibrahimovic has given Paris Saint-Germain a 1-0 lead in their Coupe de la Ligue semi-final against Nantes at the Stade de la Beaujoire.

Ezequiel Lavezzi almost opened the scoring for the visitors, but saw his low effort from inside the box crash against the post.

In the fifth minute of the match PSG took the lead, as Ibrahimovic latched on to a poor clearance from Remy Riou, before curling home a first-time strike from 30 yards out.

Lavessi came close to adding a second, but the keeper was out quickly to deny him from close range.

Nantes were denied the chance to go into the half-time break level, as Marco Verratti cleared a header from Papy Mison Djilobodji off the line.
