Rangers have been told that they will find out whether a bid to overturn their transfer embargo has been successful at 3.30pm today.
The embargo has been in place since April after the financially-stricken club failed to pay up to £13m in tax last year.
However, the Ibrox outfit have argued that the decision was unlawful as the Scottish Football Association panel that imposed it did not have the power to do so.
Presiding judge Lord Glennie has considered their appeal, which was heard at the Court of Session in Edinburgh last week, and will announce a decision this afternoon.
Rangers have suffered a string of financially-related punishments since entering administration in February.
