Rangers have announced the capture of former Kilmarnock midfielder Dean Shiels on a four-year deal.
The 27-year-old completed the switch to Ibrox on the day that the financially-stricken club was officially named The Rangers Football Club.
"Once I knew they were interested, it was a decision that I was happy to make," Shiels told the club's official website.
"There has been a big change in personnel and the manager is trying to build a new squad and get new faces in. I'm just delighted to be here. I know we are in the Third Division, but hopefully not for long."
The 27-year-old spent one year at Kilmarnock before making the move to the former Scottish Premier League champions.
