Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed that the club have appealed the red card handed to Sergio Ramos in Sunday's 4-3 defeat to Barcelona.
The Spanish centre-back was dismissed in the second period after seemingly pulling Neymar to the ground inside the box, but Ancelotti believes that the red card was "unfair".
"I think so, as I said at the end of the game, we didn't get any luck, above all with the Ramos incident, so we've lodged an appeal to see if that card can be rescinded, because we think it's an unfair card," he told reporters at a press conference.
"We're waiting for the committee's decision. We haven't had any luck in the games."
As it stands, Ramos will miss tomorrow's clash with Sevilla.
