Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos has blasted the Sevilla supporters that booed him during Sunday's La Liga clash at the Estadio Ramon.
Ramos opened the scoring in Seville with a 22nd-minute bicycle kick, but was forced off before the end of the first period after aggravating a recent shoulder problem.
The centre-back was booed off the pitch by large sections of the crowd and he has said that he found the reaction "pitiful and pathetic" from supporters that used to idolise him.
"I find it pitiful and pathetic. I'm a Madridista and Sevillista and I'll die with both of their badges on my grave," Ramos told reporters.
Ramos, whose team lost the match 3-2, came through the youth system at Sevilla before joining Real Madrid in 2005, just one season after breaking into the first team with his hometown club.
