Atletico Madrid boss Diego Simeone could reportedly be handed a seven-match ban for his conduct in the Spanish Super Cup against Real Madrid.
The Argentine led his side to a 1-0 [2-1 aggregate] win over Real on Friday, but was sent to the stands in the first period after becoming locked in an argument with the officials.
Simeone also appeared to pat the assistant referee on the back of the head before moving behind the dugout rather than into a higher position in the stands.
According to AS, a four-game ban had been expected, but the LFP are now considering adding an extra three games.
Members of the Spanish Football Federation's Competition Committee will meet on Monday.
