Dynamo Kiev have confirmed that they are in negotiations to sign Niko Kranjcar from Spurs.
The Croatian midfielder - valued at £6 million - has struggled to make the starting lineups in his two years at White Hart Lane. As well as Kiev, Kranjcar has also received interest from Atletico Madrid and Wolfsburg.
"We are negotiating for Kranjcar," Kiev president Igor Surkis told the Daily Mail. "We still have to meet him and Tottenham, but he is in our transfer plans.
"We have already missed out on several players - not because we aren't able to meed the demands of their clubs but because not everyone wants to come to the Ukrainian league. If Kranjcar thinks over our proposal, searches his soul and wants to come here, then we will buy him with pleasure."
