Swansea City may have to fend off Tottenham Hotspur's interest in another one of their star names as reports link Michel Vorm with a move to London.
New Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino is believed to have sanctioned a £8m bid for Swans left-back Ben Davies, who has impressed during the past two seasons.
The Daily Mail claims that they are also interested in Dutch goalkeeper Vorm, who has been a consistent figure in between the posts since signing from FC Utrecht in 2011, but faces an uncertain future now that Garry Monk has recruited ex-Arsenal stopper Lukas Fabianksi.
Spurs are monitoring several goalkeepers as they brace themselves for Paris Saint-Germain's pursuit of Hugo Lloris, but Pochettino apparently wants to add Vorm to his squad regardless of the Frenchman's movements.
The Welsh outfit are thought to be keen on Lillywhites midfielder Gylfi Sigurdsson, a former Swansea loanee, and so it appears as though the respective boardrooms could be in talks throughout the summer.
