Crystal Palace close to Peter Odemwingie signing?

A report claims that Crystal Palace are the favourites to sign West Bromwich Albion striker Peter Odemwingie.

Crystal Palace are reportedly the favourites to sign out-of-favour West Bromwich Albion striker Peter Odemwingie this summer.

The 31-year-old, who has also been linked with Swansea City, is expected to leave the Baggies following an open feud with the club after his move to Queens Park Rangers in January collapsed.

According to the Express and Star, Palace have emerged as the favourites to acquire the Nigerian, who is said to be keen on a move to London.

Odemwingie scored just five goals for West Brom last season.
