Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has reportedly been given a personalised iPad app to help follow the club's scouting system.
The device is said to be used to document scouting from all over the globe, which helps the Russian billionaire keep track of the transfer market when he is not in London.
The database can only be accessed by a select group of people, Abramovich being one of them, according to the Daily Mail.
Chelsea will begin their 2013-14 Premier League campaign against Hull City on Sunday.
