Tennis star Caroline Wozniacki has denied rumours that she is engaged to NFL star JJ Watt.
The 24-year-old sparked questions over her relationship status when she was spotted wearing a ring on her wedding finger on Monday.
However, during an interview with The Express, Wozniacki quashed speculation by saying: "It's just a nice little leaf ring - nothing significant."
Wozniacki, who will play her Wimbledon first-round match against Zheng Saisai this afternoon, went on to say how it is harder for female tennis players to find someone to marry.
"It's tougher for us women to find somebody than it is for the men because often as a woman athlete we travel so much," added Wozniacki. "The men tend to find somebody who can travel with them most of the time. As a woman, a lot of the men wouldn't want to."
The Danish sportswoman was previously engaged to golfer Rory McIlroy, but the couple split in May last year when the Irishman decided that he wasn't ready for marriage.
