Wolverhampton Wanderers chairman Steve Morgan and chief executive Jez Moxey will face the club's supporters at a meeting on Wednesday night.
Morgan has come under increasing pressure this season with the club currently languishing in 22nd position in the Championship table.
Newly-appointed boss Dean Saunders is also searching for his first win since taking charge, which has aided fears that the club could suffer a second successive relegation.
The meeting, which is expected to last for at least two hours, is due to take place at 7.30pm on Wednesday.
