Worcester Warriors coach Richard Hill has defended his attacking players.

Hill was speaking after his side's 42-24 loss to London Irish this afternoon, a game in which his side ran in three tries.

The newly-promoted Warriors have struggled at times this season to put points on the board but Hill believes that there are signs of improvement.

"We're often just one pass away from scoring," Hill told Sky Sports News. "Our attack was much better today.

"To score three tries away from home and lose is hard to take."

Hill's men remain tenth in the Aviva Premiership table following today's defeat.
