Milos Raonic has insisted that he is "improving every match" after coming through a four-set encounter with Germany's Tommy Haas in the second round at Wimbledon.
The Canadian appeared to be heading towards a comfortable win after winning the first two sets 6-0 6-2, but his 37-year-old opponent claimed the third in a tie-break before forcing Raonic to another tie-break in the fourth.
The seventh seed told BBC Sport: "Tommy started playing more aggressive and I'm fortunate I played well in that fourth set. My game has a way to come but I'm improving every match.
"[A third-round meeting with Australia's Nick Kyrgios is] going to be tough match. He's playing well. I will have to take care of my serve and make the most of the other opportunities."
The 24-year-old reached the semi-finals at Wimbledon last year, which is his best performance at a Grand Slam tournament.
