Andy Reid: 'Kansas City Chiefs still have room to improve'

Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid believes that the team still need to improve, despite their 11-3 record this season.

Andy Reid has insisted that the Kansas City Chiefs are still looking to improve.

The AFC West side were the worst team in the NFL in 2012, but have already sealed a place in this season's playoffs, having lost just three times so far this campaign.

The head coach told reporters: "Listen, I think we have room to improve here. That's what's unique about this time. I think really in all three phases and that's the way that the guys practice.

"We're not where we need to be yet. There are some good things and there are some things we need to work on, to answer your question."

The Chiefs face the Indianapolis Colts tomorrow.
