Report: Richie Incognito mocked Miami Dolphins staff ethnicity

Suspended Miami Dolphins guard Richie Incognito faces fresh allegations that he mocked the ethnicity of a staff member and made crude jokes about his wife.

Suspended Miami Dolphins guard Richie Incognito mocked the ethnic background of a staff member at the team and aimed jibes at the man's wife, according to the National Football Post.

Incognito and at least one other Dolphins player are alleged to have dressed up in clothes associated with the staff member's culture before aiming crude jokes towards that culture.

The source also claims that Incognito told the staff member that his wife had had sexual relationships with a number of players.

The allegations represent the latest off-field controversy surrounding Incognito after he was suspended earlier this month for reportedly harassing and bullying teammate Jonathan Martin.

The NFL are currently investigating the matter, and they are also aware of the latest allegations, according to ESPN.

Incognito has filed a grievance against the Dolphins after he was put on the non-football injury list, and he will have to be either reactivated to the roster or waived by December 2.
