Great Britain's Dai Greene has eased into the semi-finals of the 400m hurdles after completing an impressive heat in round one.
Greene, who started in lane one, burst out of the blocks and was forced to take the first hurdle wide but cleared it well and managed to come on to the straight in the lead.
Greene has topped the qualifying so far with 48.98s after easing off on the home stretch, with Emir Bekric finishing in second for Serbia with a time of 49.21s.
Greene's biggest rival Javier Culson is due to complete his race in the heat four.
