England duo Gabby Adcock and Lauren Smith secure the Commonwealth Games women's doubles bronze medal after coming from behind to beat Malaysia.

England's badminton duo of Gabby Adcock and Lauren Smith have secured the Commonwealth Games women's doubles bronze medal after coming from behind to beat Malaysia's Lim Yin Loo and Lai Pei Jing.

The Malaysian duo took the first game 21-16, but a marathon second game was seized by the English pair as they won 21-15 to level the scores at 1-1.

Adcock and Smith then won the war of attrition as they sealed the third and final game with a 21-16 win.

Adcock will be in action again on Sunday morning alongside husband Chris in the final of the mixed pairs.
