Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry is listed as day-to-day after suffering an ankle injury.

Golden State Warriors point guard Stephen Curry has been listed as day-to-day after suffering an ankle injury.

The 25-year-old suffered the knock during the 106-93 win over the Minnesota Timberwolves on Wednesday night but sounded optimistic after the game.

"It'll be alright. I had a rough third quarter, but I'm not concerned long-term. I'll get my treatment and get ready for SA," he said, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.

Andre Iguodala stepped into the role of point guard, but it is expected that Curry will return in time to face the San Antonio Spurs on Friday.
