The World Boxing Council have announced their intentions to expel any people or organisations involved in a potential fight between David Haye and Derek Chisora.
A fight between the two men has been sanctioned by the Luxembourg Boxing Federation rather than the British Boxing Board of Control because neither of the pair hold a valid BBBofC boxing license.
Chisora has also been suspended by the WBC following a string of incidents, which included spitting water at Wladimir Klitschko prior to his WBC title bout loss to the Ukrainian's brother, Vitali.
He was also involved in a brawl with Haye at the post-match press conference and thus the WBC want to disassociate themselves with the proposed fight.
"We will not condone such disgraceful behaviour [from Chisora]. This boxer has no idea of what good behaviour is," said WBC president Jose Sulaiman.
"Anyone who participates will be deemed to have terminated their membership," a BBBofC statement read last week.
Promoter Frank Warren has claimed that 20,000 tickets have already been sold for the fight.
