England saved their blushes by coming back to beat Pakistan by 15 runs in their second and final warm-up fixture before the World Twenty20 tournament.
The Twenty20 reigning champions, who overcame Australia by nine in their first warm-up encounter, could only rack up a total of 111 runs during their innings.
Saeed Ajmal looked likely to snatch a win for Pakistan but England bowler's Danny Briggs and Jade Dernbach managed to get their side back into the game by securing three for 15 and three for 14 respectively.
England restricted their opponents to 96 runs and they now head into their first official match against Afghanistan on Friday with two wins under their belt.
