Kevin Pietersen produces a knock of 111 not out as England take an unassailable lead in their one-day international series with Pakistan.

A knock of 111 not out from Kevin Pietersen helped England to win their one-day international with Pakistan by nine wickets.

England were made to bowl first and restricted Pakistan to 222 runs from their 50 overs.

Steve Finn and Stuart Broad took three wickets apiece, while James Anderson also contributed with a further two wickets.

In reply, England skipper Alastair Cook was caught on 80 runs, but Pietersen stayed in until the end along with Eoin Morgan, who ended the match with a score of 24.

England have taken an unassailable 3-0 lead in the ongoing four-match series.
