Having been set a target of 135 for victory, Worcestershire's openers made a strong start to their innings, making 87 before Moeen Ali was dismissed.
Oliver went on to reach 77 off 43 balls before being bowled out, then Ross Whiteley hit the winning runs with over five overs to spare.
Glamorgan clinched a five-wicket win over Sussex Sharks with the final ball of the match.
Ed Joyce and Matt Pryor led Sussex to a total of 178 in their 20 overs, but the home side managed to pass their score.
