Delhi Daredevils beaten again

The Delhi Daredevils lose for a fourth consecutive time in the IPL with a three-wicket defeat at home to Sunrisers Hyderabad.

The Delhi Daredevils have suffered a fourth consecutive defeat in the Indian Premier League with a three-wicket loss at home to Sunrisers Hyderabad.

Having put themselves into bat, the Daredevils posted a modest score of 114-8 from their 20 overs.

However, the visitors struggled to reach their target before doing so with six balls remaining.

Delhi had little to celebrate during their time at the crease as an unbeaten knock of 30 from Kedar Jadhav and Irfan Pathan's 23 saw them scrape towards their eventual total.

Hyderabad's bowlers shared the majority of the eight wickets between them with Dale Steyn, Ishant Sharma and Thisara Perera taking two each.

The visitors made hard work of meeting their target out in the middle, but Kumar Sangakkara (28), Parthiv Patel (19), Hanuma Vihari (17) and an unbeaten 16 from Amit Mishra saw them claim the win.
