Sri Lanka remain solid in Sharjah on 302-6 against Pakistan

Sri Lanka remain steady with the bat by reaching 302-6 against Pakistan in the morning session of day two in the third Test.

Sri Lanka have reached 302-6 in the morning session against Pakistan on day two of the third Test in Sharjah.

Angelo Mathews and Prasana Jayawardene enjoyed a strong partnership before Jayawardene fell for 35 with his side sitting on 239.

Despite the blow, Sri Lanka managed to keep control with the bat by Dilruwan Perera and Mathews weathering the storm from Pakistan's bowlers.

Pakistan had a few decisions go against them before lunch, while Mathews (67) and Perera (29) remain unbeaten.
