Inter Milan will be looking to close the gap on Serie A leaders AC Milan in Sunday's Milan derby.

Sunday's Milan derby sees two sides who are currently used to winning go head to head in one of European football's standout fixtures.

Claudio Ranieri's Inter have won their last five to get within eight points of Serie A leaders - and local rivals - AC Milan.

Meanwhile, the Rossoneri last tasted defeat in October as they narrowly hold the top spot over Juventus.

Inter were all but out of the title race two months ago, but a win against their bitterest rivals this weekend would see them move to within five points of the summit.

The influential Wesley Sneijder returns to the Nerazzuri following a muscle injury, while there are no further injury concerns for the visitors.

Apart from long-term absentees Antonio Cassano, Mathieu Flamini and Mario Yepes, Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri could be without Alberto Aquilani and Gennaro Gattuso.
